Need a Private Investigator for Background Check

I want to do one extensive background check on a person that will soon become my major client for the next few years. I need you to be able to find all available information on him based on the information I give you, criminal background check, etc. I want you to have access to special databases that the average person doesn't, and I dont want you to simply do a google search (which I have already done thoroughly) or pay for a background check online and then charge me more. I am looking for an individual with a lot of experience in this field, like a private investigator, who has fair prices. I can always go to a background check website and get the information myself, so your prices should be below them. If this works out, I would like to get a background check on most of my future partners and a lot of my online contacts. But first I want to test your expertise with this one client.
