I am looking for an expert who is an expert in Saudi and British Family Law for a advice on a letterhead paper to include in my supporitng evidence for my ongoing case in High Court Manchester. The case is as follows: I work in Saudi Arabia and my son lives with my ex-wife in the UK. I have made an application to the high court to take my son out to Saudi Arabia on a annual holiday. As Saudi is a Non-Hague country and as the Saudi Law will not help if the child is retained in Saudi, the judge has still opened the doors of posssibility by looking into certain measures that might be possible to place to ensure the safe return of the child to t he UK incase of him being retained. So, I am looking for an expert who is aware of official measures that could be placed and he could write it on his letter head law firm for me to include in my supporting evidences. I will be paying for this letter with the advice. Only specialists contact me who are aware of measures that can be placed and are aware of Saudi and UK family Law.
