Two Serviceman entered my property in Fultondale, AL without mask, gloves or any protective gear to install a new washer and dryer purchased from a vendor. The Vendor requires all servicemen to wear mask, gloves and protective gear. One of the serviceman advised me that he had already tested positive for Coronavirus. He could not confirm that he was retested and was now negative. I have six people who live with me and we are all now exposed to the virus because of his negligence. I am looking for a similar case, with argument and case law that can be used a a template for a complaint in Alabama State court as well as a draft for federal court.
