Is there anything illegal about my "crazy" project mobile app?

I have a "crazy" idea for an app that may basically "revolutionize" the concept of protesting and its definition (especially political and social protesting)! It will definitely be the first of its kind and will help protestors express themselves in a completely unique (and maybe even in a "fun") way never seen, or even heard of before!!! However, I've been hesitating to start investing money and time into it as I'm worried about its consequences and legality! Some friends even claim that if I launch it, I will eventually and inevitably get sued, and I will either be thrown in jail or will have to pay millions in fines/compensation!!!! So, I decided to consult an expert lawyer about it! So, if you are a lawyer, then please read all the info on the app idea in the attached file, and if you find yourself competent, then I expect you to provide me with the following info/answers in details providing evidence when/where available/possible: 1- Would there be ANY legal problem/issue/consequences of any kind if I turn these ideas into a reality (especially that I'm planning to make money from such an app with such an idea)??? 2- Is it legal and possible to make money from this app while completely hiding my identity from the public no matter how famous/popular my app gets?? If "yes", then HOW and WHAT is/are the safest and most legal way/s to do it?? Or is it even illegal to hide my identity? 3- if the answer to the first question is "Yes", then would it make legal if I turn the whole app into the exact opposite way??? That is; if I turn my app into a way for anyone to express their SUPPORT/ADMIRATION to presidents (or to any other figures they are a fan of). So, for example, instead of an "insulting slap on the face" in the original version, only loving/gentle actions will be available, such as a kiss on the cheek of the animated president of your choice! And, if the answer to the first question is "Yes", then would it make it "legal" if I: A- dedicate a part of the income to charity or to environment conserving practices?? B- use faces of dead presidents, celebrities, influential figures, etc... instead of faces of living presidents?? Note: I'm expecting this consultation to be "brief', up-to the point, and even "fun"... and so I'm expecting it to cost me exactly 10$ as I'm not exactly the richest man in the world.............. yet! ; ) LOL
