I have recently handed in my resignation at a fintech startup having worked there for 3+ years. During that time, I have accrued some ESOP units. The startup is headquartered in Kenya.

I am looking for assistance from someone who has experience with ESOP arrangements for startups. I am seeking guidance on any actions I may need to take or confirmations I may need to obtain to ensure that my rights are protected. I would also like to understand what options I have to be able to realise value from my vested units.
