We've got a contract with one of the Indian IT solution companies to provide us with a software. The deadline is due for a couple of months while the payments are done by the client properly. As there are many breaches in the contract, we would like to hire a local lawyer to file a claim against the other party as per Indian law. Noteworthy the lawyer cost will be paid from the retrieved claim upon bilateral agreement.
