Clone existing CWP server (CentOS) and keep them synchronised

Change of plans.. I have created two new servers, also on Hetzner, but different locations. Installed AlmaLinux and CWP on them. The plan is to let these two work as a cluster and move everything from the original stand alone server onto this new cluster and decommission the original server.
We should probably go for rsync, galera and keepalived. I just need someone with (extensive) knowledge of CWP to make it work. I need to be able to make changes to either one of the nodes and they should be in sync all the time. Multiple clients will be working on their websites simultaneously.

I currently have a dedicated CWP server on hetzner.com. I would like to have this server synchronised to another instance so that I have a running backup in case the one at [login to view URL] dies for some reason. This node will be placed in Azure with lower resources as it's primary purpose is to run as an active backup.
