Create Docker container for existing cmd line Linux app

- Create an editable Docker container that can launch and run via Docker on a Synology NAS
- Test a command line app "AEScripts Floating License Server" ( [login to view URL] ) within the Docker container
- Provide instructions to edit the application's config file within the Docker container (.ini file) to add/modify license configuration
- Provide support/instructions to install and run the Docker container on our Synology server
