Fix CPANEL & WHM on AWS Lighsail & Configure Certificate

Please read this job very carefully>. Please do not bid on it unless you know what to do. I have posted prior and freelancers who did not know what to do were bidding.
The situation is the following:
1. My Security Certificate expired a few days ago.
2. I run my website on AWS Lightsail
3. I have WHM & CPanel running Wordpress
When the certificate expired I tried to install a new self signed one and discovered that my capable & who were no longer accessible. Please see the attached screenshots. I tried opening all the ports to mu IP address on the AWS firewall and instead of an error I get a blank screen.
I have also tries ssh and I get an error. The screenshot is attached
You will need to understand AWS lightsail, unix based servers, cpanel & whm
I also have aws lightsail snapshots which can be used to fix the issue. I would also like once the server is accessible a self signed security certificate configured with auto renew.
Again unless you are familiar with these products and you know how to solve this issue please do not bid.
