After restoration of backup it shouldnt do this but in my recent experience if we restore sites from old to new wordpress 5+ many errors popup. At the moment your site when logged out show a error related to google kirk font which is fixable by writing a custom function for the screenshot you attached requires either settings re-saving or change of plugin. Attaching ssl certificates is domain is tasks that I have dine multiple times. I am also a certified AWS Architect Associate. Thereby qualifies me for taking up this project. The info I got from project description needs some more clarification. The questions that I have are: 1. Is the site hosted behind a Load balancer? 2. There is a mention of 'AWS crash". Did you mean that the web site crashed? If so is the cause resolved? What was the resolution? 3. Is the IP manually changed after rectifying the crash. 4. Is there any restriction on performing the fix remotely. 5. What is the impact of the site being down? How fast you need this site to be back? 6. Is the site accessible over http? 7. Is the ssl certificate procured from AWS? if not Does the ssl certificate valid as of now? 8. Does the DNS records updated after the crash? If certificate is valid, and is not usable the time required for restoration will be about 6 hrs (optimistic estimate). Some times there may be a need to get a net ssl certificate generated. This will need communication with the ssl certificate provider and may take additional time. Please feel free to revert if you have further questions. Regards Anil
