IRC Chat Applet (Almost Finished) (Node) (ChatSpace)

Hello! We currently have an Applet that runs a server back end called "ChatSpace". ChatSpace is an IRC Server, much simpler then IRCd. We have constructed an applet that runs the base, we are needing some features added so that we can mark it up for completion. We want two separate versions of the applet to be finished up. Also, if able, we would also like a windows variant of this applet as well, so that we can run it on Windows. We want to add more settings and dialogue windows to this applet. I have a list of features and screen shots of how this should look. Applet is currently running on Debian 9 OS, need someone that knows how to create this code to the template the applets in. Examples are posted below. Features list: xxxxx *TASK (Applet #1): Webcam functionality. (Web RTC) Room Channel Settings Profiles for the users. (right click menu on the userlist) Text Formatting Channel Greet - when you join the room. Notices command ( /notice nickname ) *TASK (Applet #2): Room Channel Settings Profiles for the users. (right click menu on the userlist) Text Formatting Channel Greet - when you join the room. Notices command ( /notice nickname ) move member list over so it's smaller moving time to be beside the nickname or live time somewhere on page whois to be available. (/whois user) and it gives detailed information about a user. (ip address, ident, sign on time, etc) All rooms showing, not just with people in them. Ident is problem (HexIP) No olines (staff oper) would be secure. Admin commands Oper commands (same thing) Services window for us (or echo main channel) MOTD (Message of the day) order on the rooms *TASK (Applet #3): Task 1 and Task 2 features ALL IN ONE. This is just adding the finishing touches to the applet to get it ready for use with our client, ChatSpace. We will provide access to the ChatSpace [login to view URL] and code if need be to help with this project to get it resolved. We can also provide a testing server for these purposes as well.
