Enabling VPN on Linux is a trivial process. I have completed this task many times. However, it's very dependent upon what operating system you are running. Some Linux distributions are easier to configure for VPN than others. Since you have Ubuntu listed in the description, I'm assuming that is the platform you choose to use.
