I will either install a virtual Load Balancer or a hardware to do the load balancing job. we can do this only with the help of Load Balancer and we have to use F5 or Citrix netscaler. I can look for any open source software but I don't think that is there. how long it will take? it will take a day or two to configure the Load Balancer and to procure the Load Balancer it will take some time we may need to discuss about this. how many server we need? if we are installing the Load Balancer virtually then surely we can have a single server with the 4 GB RAM 250 GB of hard disk and and the rest we need to discuss what os? we need to have a software that can virtualize the Load Balancer software so we can you we can use VMware or virtualbox. this is on top of Windows server host or windows 10 machine. any other info? we need to discuss the scale of the traffic and since you have two servers.
