Write a Lua script for OpenResty (nginx) to

a) measure proxy upstream response time

b) extract fields from response JSON

c) log response time, extracted JSON fields, request urls to a custom log file

Sample nginx configuration and upstream response in JSON format will be provided.

Deliverables: amended nginx configuration, Lua script

must work with openresty/1.13.6.1
