I know this is a bit vague.
I frequently have projects I need scripts written doing queries on MySQL databases for projects I am working on. I am looking for someone that can work on a small per project basis building reports on various conditions in different databases I have. These typically would run as a cron on one of several linux systems I have. The code can be written in PHP, Perl, whatever makes reasonable sense.
It might be comparing a qty of something, changing a couple of values and generating a report based on thresholds.
Another would be to build a table of APC UPS's battery temperature and have something that generates email alerts based on thresholds from SNMP data.
I can provide more specific details on each small project once I get comfortable with someone and their abilities. Please provide me some details what you feel comfortable writing code in and some past projects you have worked on that may be similar.
