i need someone to setup a vpn connection (nord vpn for instance) and then use a reverse proxy to allow another machine to use that vpn. the idea is to have 100s of these threads using multiple openvpn config files.

Hi there, I have over 10 years of experience working with Linux, Webservers and VPNs, if I understood correctly you need a VPN and then have an nginx reverse proxy to connect to that internal network? I can do it for you by running OpenVPN server on an ubuntu server, and let you manage and create unlimited number of config file by developing a telegram bot for you. Firstly you need to buy a cheap vps for about 5 dollar/month and let me install OpenVPN and telegram bot on it. No need to have domain name, only provide an ubuntu vps.
