vmware struck on boot need help to boot

hi , I have 14 years of experience in Infrastructure administration ( windows and VMware). I have experienced from ESX 2.5 to ESXi 6.7. please message me we will discuss and fix the issue asap. I worked all physical HP , DELL , UCS remote management . we will try to fix the issue within 2 - 4 hours
