xtream ui server reset issue to be solved

I did reboot main server. After reset server isn't back. I tried usual way '/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/[login to view URL]' but it keeps saying {"error":"MySQL: No such file or directory"}chown: changing ownership of '/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/[login to view URL]': Operation not permitted nginx: [emerg] a duplicate listen 0.0.0.0:80 in /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/nginx/conf/[login to view URL]
