Simple Product Design. Air Conditioned Shirt.

Project requires two images. First image of the brand name, logo and motto (simple design). Second image is an altered image of a fitness shirt with an air conditioning device.
There will be two designs that I need. The size of each of them, when printed out, should fill entirely an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper vertically (regular size). In other words, it should fill out an entire pdf file page. A little background information about the fictional product I am making. Essentially, the product is simply fitness gear (specifically shirts) with integrated air conditioning. Imagine those underarmour shirts with a device right in the middle of the chest. The image I am going for is a hardcore, athletic feel.
The first image consists of the logo with the brand name and the brand's motto. There is an attachment of the logo and the brand name design. The motto for the brand is: When obsession is simply another word for dedication. The layout I'm looking for in this picture is the brand name and logo side by side near the center, with the motto near to bottom right corner. The background should be in the darker tones. What is important is that the vibe the picture gives off reflects a hardcore image.
The second image is an image of the actually shirt. The picture should be of the shirt by itself (no model of person wearing the shirt) and in a 3/4 views (look at the attachment). You do not need to use the shirt in the attachment, nor the color, it is merely to give you an idea of what I am looking for. However, I did provide a high resolution image of a shirt that you may use. There should be no other logos on the shirt. Moreover, the air conditioning device should be in the middle of the chest. The design for the device should be in the shape of a snowflake. More details can be found on the attachment. The logo in the middle of the shirt should be relatively big (enough so the snowflake device has a significant size). The snowflake device is removable and relatively thin and should be only be slightly thicker than the shirt.
Easy 30-40$ for a simple photoshop job. Must be completed latest April 9th.
Also, for the second image regarding the shirt, there should be about 1/5 of the bottom of the page reserved for text. Moreover, the background for the shirt is up to you. Again I would like it to be in the darker tones. Thank you!
