Elementary School Fundraising Logo Design

Our elementary school PTO needs 2 to 3 illustrated and non-illustrated logos which we can own and use to print shirts, water bottles etc for fundraising. I need to be able to share "draft" with the PTO members and the option to make suggested edits based on their feedback. Projects by committee are more time consuming, but I am not the final decision maker and want to be clear up front. Attached are pics of current shirts, but we don't own these images, the t-shirt vendor charged us for the design but didn't give us the file. We need to own the logos at the end of the process.
