We require a logo for the company name "chestnut softech" , please provide me mock up for the same, I am open to reasonable quote.
I would require all source code, I would prefer this in Vector file.

Well I am unable to show you website at present, this logo is for an IT
company so I need it professional and relevant. and for your reference site let me tell you that header of the site would be yellow but its very small in size and rest of it would be white and very lite grey. I have attached file for the explanation.
Chestnut is a fruit which you can see by search it on google.
If you're not then please do not bid.
Please suggest about the text and image..

Hello please note that I would not at all consider pre-written bids and bids without mock up.
I need a simple & sleek design, I am open for stylish logo too.
