Hi... This is a great project. it reminds me of some of the projects I am planning for rural and indigenous people in the Philippines. Maybe we have some overlaps - but ours are fully funded and they fit into a commercial/sustainable/development structure. Anyway... Business Plans to start the process come in various shapes and sizes... So we need to clarify your ideas to get started. I guess you will need it to provide the "Where are we now - Where do we want to be - What are our services - Who are our clients - How do we get there, how will we fund it?" roadmap... Maybe we will smooth the potholes and detours out with risk management (SWOT), a funding plan, and a marketing strategy etc We need to discuss all this, review the information you already have, and consider what you want the Plan and website to look like .... this is the Business Plan document template... the website and logo come later - new projects.
