I bought a second hand macbook air, after that i tried to hard reset, during that process i erased all the data and OS from the disk. I havent logoff icloud before doing this process. Now I'm unable to format the macbook, I dont have apple id with me or with my seller, Is there anyway to get out from this situation?

My experience with Apple world says that to reinstall a Mac Os into a Macbook doesn’t need to have an Apple ID. Apple ID is required if you need to use Apple services. What you need is a bootable pendrive of a Mac Os and permit you to install it into your Mac.
