Magento Bug Fix: Cart not updating price for custom options

Some products options are not being updated live to the price. So you click an additional custom option and the price does not change
example: Select cuffs or long sleeve and no change

Can get it to work by playing with the date. Not sure what is causing this but I happened recently. Esp affecting new entries.
*Also Add Review does not redirect the customer to a working review page.
* Related products and new product pictures are too small
Now this I know is a tiny fix, so silly bids are a waste of time. Please use your words to demonstrate that you can fix this issue.
