We are using Magento 2.3.5-p1 for our ecommerce In our product page (please see [login to view URL]) we are using MageWorx "Advanced Custom Option" extension ([login to view URL]) in order to have a set of dependent custom option. We really need this extension beacause it automatically adds another product in the cart when the customer choose a particular option (please check screenshot 1 and 2). In some few products (please see [login to view URL]) we use another extension, called "Formula based custom pricing" ([login to view URL]) which allow to calculate the product price on the base of a mathematic formula: to see the price into the product page, the customer just has to enter a value in the custom option (check screenshot 3). The issue number 1 is that, when clicking on "add to cart" button, the price is not added in the cart (check screenshot 4). Can you fix this? Issue number 2: please go this product page [login to view URL] and configure the product with the custom option that you can see in screenshot 5, then click on add to cart. The expected result here is that the product "tributi per iscrizione di ipoteca" is automatically added to the cart as an indipendent sku (as in screenshot 2) but this isn't happening. Since this is a formula based price product, before being added to the cart, the product should be configured by the costumer who has to enter a custom option value in order to get the price. To summarize we need that when a custom option linked to a product whose price is formula based is selected, a popup opens asking the customer to enter the custom option value, then the formula base product is added to the cart. Please write the word "conditional options" before responding to demnstrate you have read all the text. Thank you

Issue Comments: - Your comments does not include any information that your custom-formula extension has been modified - This somehow implies that the extension has a severe bug. - Normally, the price for a product is added to the cart which is stored as part of the quote within the database. A bug fix would see that this happens in your store. 1. Issue Questions: - Did you contact the module support team? - Did you customize this extension or do you use any other extension which could influence behavior of the module? 2. Issue Comments: - It should be possible to open a popup or a small overlay window for entering the necessary details for calculating the custom price. General Comments: - The first issue should be a bug of the custom-formula modules. It is likely that a bug fix can only be implemented directly within the module source. This implies that you can not update the module unless they have released an official bug fix. - It is possible that the second issue can be resolved by adding a custom extension which implements the popup/overlay. However, it is necessary to see all relevant source code. - It is necesssary to clone your entire store a local developing environment. - SSH developer access to your store would be necessary as well as Magento backend access. - Please contact me for descriptions of recent Magento 2 tasks.
