I am a health informatics specialist and I have been working in the field for more than 5 years now
I worked with big companies such as GE healthcare and Intersystems and I am quite comfortable with product design and development.
I would suggest a number of missing opportunities in the Healthcare IT field
1- Building a proper solution for a Vendor Neutral Archiving that support IHE and HL7 standards and integrates well with any HIS or RIS solution
2- Also, I am working on a project for a personal health assistant at a global level (a mobile app that allows patients to track their health status and execute all their care transaction) I already started on this project and I am looking for IT provider as a partner to finish the development.
3- Develop a solution to allow doctors to easily take notes and document their clinical findings
Other similar ideas are available but it depends on the arrangement we can have and how far we could keep our collaboration for each one of them
