BUSINESS PLAN - App based business

I run a small consultancy company working in a niche area of an industry that I am quite passionate about. Through the work that I do, I get exposure to certain aspects of the overall industry and I have identified a need that I would like to join in supporting via an APP based business. I will be separating myself from my small consultancy for this and pursuing this as an individual on a new start-up. What am I looking for? I need a comprehensive business plan drafting! A more detailed requirement of what the plan needs to achieve, based on the business concept, will be done once the freelancer has been chosen (individual, team or company) and NDA's in place. Those proposing on this work must have extensive experience in the complete area of the App business, from concept stage through to a functioning entity with continuing app maintenance. I will need to see some past performance and samples etc. The business will be based in the U.K so I would prefer proposers to have experience in the UK predominantly, or the USA and other European markets, this is not exclusive though. What the business plan will have to stand up to - - This plan will be presented to small investors and banks, so the financials will have to be market current and realistic (U.K GBP). The financials should show quarterly, 1 yr, 5yr, 10 yr projections. - The plan should come with all editable forms (Excels, charts, word etc) so I'm able to make any running adjustments myself if needed. - It should be of professional formatting with good design, any colours etc
