Data/Financial Modelling for Loyalty Scheme and Sales Commission payout

Looking for a talented data modelling expert with experience in data/financial modelling. The model will have two interlinked parts – one for loyalty points scheme and second for commission payouts. Data experts with experience in modelling gamification and/or loyalty programs are preferred, ideally in the context of ecommerce. What industry is this model for? The model is needed in the context of ecommerce. We are looking to explore the use of loyalty schemes, sales commissions and gamification to support an ecommerce model. What needs to be modelled? Modelling the costs of supporting a loyalty scheme, sales commission and gamification program so the purpose of this model is to determine the holistic cost of integrating these three components. Ideally the model is structured in such a way that it can be flexed for different assumptions and scenarios to see the resulting impact on costs. Therefore, there are three parts to this data modelling exercise: 1. Modelling the cost of maintaining a loyalty points scheme where consumers can earn points for purchases and redeem same points for future purchases 2. Modelling the cost of paying sales commissions to influencers 3. Modelling the cost of a gamified experience where both consumers and influencers can collect points in exchange for actions, e.g. writing reviews, posting content, etc What are the deliverables? An integrated excel model that combines each of the three scenarios above. A control sheet is needed containing input variables that can be adjusted to flex the model as needed for impact assessment.
