Hi, from project description, it appears you want to segregate the feedback into separate category buckets under positive and negative for each category. We can even provide the text analysis to check what are the key words that repeat, especially under negative comments, to bring out the actions to assess and address as needed. It would be great if the data is available in excel, else if the pdfs to be used, I need to convert them into excel for analysis. I assume, the pdf file attached is the complete feedback for 2018 and you will have 3 more files corresponding to 2015, 2016 & 2017. BTW, congrats for the wonderful positive reviews you have for 2018, which I noticed while glancing through your 2018 pdf feedback file.
