Our team is looking for an experienced startup co-founder who is interested to take on the role of Executive UI/UX Software Developer. I am looking for a freelancer to help me recruit top talent in the United States to co-found our company with us. We are looking for someone who has experience in mobile app UI/UX rollouts and software engineering with another company, and who has a excellent eye for design. The position offers compensation in the form of founder equity (20-25% founder equity) The UI/UX Software Developer will be in control of working alongside the project development team to finalize the mobile app front end, back end, and website landing page for our app, FinLit Dating, with the CEO and then work to proceed to the beta phase. During the beta phase, The UI/UX Software Developer will be in control creating a feedback sheet for beta testers, and working with the app developer team to adjust V1.0 to accommodate minor bugs and changes. After receiving funding, the UI/UX Software Developer will then be in control of working with a large app development company to roll out Version 2.0 of the app, which must include statistical marketing and app security measurements including number of daily visits, active accounts, conversion rates, customer loyalty rates, number of matches made, and a streamlined user report feature, and more additions that will help propel our acquired data on the engineering side of the application to further help our future projections in app advancements. The company is a dating app called FinLit Dating. Short for Financial Literacy Dating - it is a dating app that matches people who have a common financial interest together, including saving for retirement or vacation, personal investing, stock trading, or cryptocurrency investing.
