We are LADMORE NIGERIA LIMITED, a company incorporated in January 1995 to carry out and engage in Building, Real Estate and Civil Engineering Contracting in Nigeria.
LOCATION AND COSTS
Ladmore Estate is located in a serene and peaceful area of Agbara-Lusada axis. A fast developing area and full of potentials.
The Estate shares proximity with many other estates and institutions like OPIC Estate Agbara, Honeywell Estate, Royal Palms Estate, Agbara Industrial Layout, Crawford University, Lusada International Market, Gateway Polytechnic, Unilever Plc, Free Trade Zone and Loral International Secondary School.
A plot of land in our Estate cost 750,000 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only) for outright payment. We also put into consideration the low income earners by providing installment plans which range for 29,200 for 36 months at the rate of 1,00,050.
LAND ALLOCATION
Purchasers who buy outright are allowed to pick their plot(s) on the layout after 24 hours of final payment, while purchasers buying through installment get allocation after full payment.
