Job Description Eco-conscious fashion start-up is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate is creative and has a fun personality that would resonate with our social media audience. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and detailed orientated with a good attitude that works well with our team and can manage projects alone as well. This position is ideal for a stay-at-home mom looking for a part-time position! Job Type : Part-time (10-15 hrs/wk) Salary : $15/hr Primary responsibilities Execute social media strategies on a daily basis Assisting in developing / writing / editing daily content for all channels to ensure consistent and engaging messaging is delivered. Manage brand and influencer collaborations Implement audience growth strategies Manage social media assets and develop monthly content calendars Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Be aware of new trends, news, and changes within all social networks. Measure and report results for all social media efforts. Excited to learn and grow Must Haves A love for babies and kids! 1-2 years of social media experience is preferred. Must be local and live in the Twin Cities Thorough knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Pinterest Adobe experience (Photoshop & Lightroom) Outgoing, friendly online personality that matches the tone and feel of our brand Data-driven approach to problem solving Familiarity with the retail industry and parenting trends Excellent verbal, written, and people skills Knowledge of current digital trends Attention to detail, organizational skills, timeliness, and professionalism Comfortable in a self-directed environment Nice-to-Haves Photography background Familiarity with Hootsuite or other platform-based analytics Foosball skills Perks Flexible schedule.
