Washington DC - Needed a smart person to assist in marketing during a conference

Hi, I am coming to Washington DC on Thursday for attending a medical conference. Need someone smart who can assist me in approaching sponsors for engaging in initial conversation with them to gauge interest, arranging meetings and also coordinating a small group meeting. Needed from 2nd of June to the 4th or 5th, which is 3-4 days. Interesting work which will look very good on the CV as high end marketing experience with Big pharma sponsors and interactions with top management of an International medical association. Any such previous or conference experience would help though smart freshers or freelancers also welcome :-)
