We are a furniture retailer with one showroom and one warehouse. We need to design an online software that can track our delivery document through out the process and update. Most important, we need to add a mobile phone recording for each customer accessible to each customer file. We also need to be able to send SMS to each customer and have it recorded for each customer so we can answer customer query in the showroom for any delivery delay or issue.
