We are having issues with items not reserved but the parts have been cancelled on work order but not available to be picked. How can we release them from this transaction? Attempts to modify batch or location have failed because parts are "0" available from inventory. See attached document for screenshots. I have more open incidents that have related issues, if you can fix this then I can give you those as well. We can get started right away.
