To Support Customer resolve their issue minimum TAT . Call centre and back office type work ...taking . 1) Managing service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing first line Customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues, ensuring minimum TAT. 2) Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to the associates on improvements, achieving higher customer satisfaction matrices. AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE: • Design/develop the agreed upon solution in MS Excel with VBA Programming. • Deliver end products maintaining quickly turn around times and highest quality standards Execute quick turnaround work in MS Excel involves VBA. • Assisted with automation of Logistics work manual processes by writing VBA code And using macros and formulas to speed processes and maximize accuracy. • Automation using Excel to Outlook for sending emails with attachments on time. • Basic automation on Dashboard reports, Forms, Form Controls, ActiveX Controls etc. • Extensive usage of MS Excel (Aggregate function, VLOOKUP,Hlookup, Advance Excel Formulas, Dashboard, Data Validation, Conditional formatting Etc.) • VBA Programming Knowledge on Loops, Array, Functions, Forms etc. • Connecting Excel workbooks with MS-Access (Import and Export the Sheets). • Basic working knowledge on MS-Access (Design Tables, Relationship between tables, Reports, Queries, Forms etc). • Linking Tables with MS-Access to Excel sheets, Write the SQL query in MS-Access. Etc.
