eRentz IOS & Android App

Project Description: We have developed a web solution (Online Rental Market Place) that allows Vendors (Owners) to list their products for rent / hire (like eBay, but for rentals). This website will be live in Oct/Nov. Vendors can list their products and services, manage their rental bookings, use the built in messaging system to send and receive emails, and manage Customer payments. Vendors, when logged onto their account have a Dashboard where they can have full visibility of their account profile, their products and their bookings. Renters can search for products and services on the Online Rental Market Place; enquire directly with the Vendors about availability and price and commit to a Rental Agreement. Like Vendors, the Renters can manage their rental bookings, use the built in messaging system to send and receive emails, and manage Vendor payments. Renters also have a Dashboard on their account, where they can have full visibility of their account profile and their bookings. Our requirement is to have a mobile app developed for Vendor and Renters accessible via the iPhone AND Android operated phones that will be able to do perform most processes as currently defined within the Website. The website is 85-90% complete. Almost all business logic is done inside our web-services. The app will need to call the web-service to send or receive data. In summary, 1. We are looking for an estimate / quotation to develop the Android and iPhone app. 2. The developer must be UK based, as their will be the occasional requirement for face to face meetings 3. The app developer will be working with our lead web developer to ensure all requirements are met, including all security related requirements 4.
