Need an iPhone and Android application built from scratch

Build an android and ios app from scratch Please make sure that all the functionality are implemented as mentioned in the attached image. The app should be able to print, display, send as email. The measurement sheets created must be stored at a secure location and ready for later editing by the user who created it. The code should be scalable, where later more functionality can be added. Well commented for easy understanding. Also, installation instructions, help documents etc. will be required. The GUI should be attractive and the app overall efficient and user friendly. Job description: 1. Build an app supporting Android and iOS. 2. This has to be an app that helps users perform some calculations and store those calculations in a secure location. 3. The code has to be well commented and help documents should be available. 4. Efficient code is required that is fast and uses minimal resources. Scenario: The app is for shop owners selling measurable [login to view URL] a Shop selling rectangular iron sheets in different sizes, where the price is per square feet. In daily life, the owner would measure the length and height (in CM, Inch, etc), then calculate square feet (length in inch* height in inch/144), and repeat the process for all the sheets bought. Then compute the sum total square feet of all the pieces bought. So for 5 pieces of 96inches in height and 36 inches in length, each SFT is 24, and total SFT is 120 SFT. (SFT = inch*inch/144) The goal here is to automate this process of creating measurement sheets for the user, and make them available for later editing. On input Screen, the user can see row_number (non-editable, incremental) and two blank cells for length and height. The columns length and height have units assigned and the formula to calculate the SFT is input by user for each unit types. Input request for a formula, or unit should be made when applicable.
