IPhone App for Wall Art Effect

I need a phone app that is similar to Adobe Photoshop Express on the Iphone App Store. It should look somewhat similar in presentation but definitely needs to look as professional. It needs someone who can do a very professional looking design.

This will be a Photo Editing Software that converts your photos to paintings effects with different frames that can be posted on FaceBook. The app should have photo editing features like the Adobe Photoshop App but in addition have the functionality to be able to convert photos into different types of paintings styles (see below) and “frame the pictures” and then upload it to FaceBook on your wall posts / albums.

Specific features that I need it to differently are the following:

- Have a painting feature where it converts the photo into different types of paintings. Similar to this kind of functionality:

- Be able to put different types of frames around the picture as to “frame the picture”. You should have an option of putting different type of painting frames around the pictures such as wood frames, metal frames, no frame etc.

- Geo-tagging functionality. It should have geo-tagging functionality to record locations on the picture information.

- You must be able to integrate the app to post to Facebook and integrate into Facebook.

Must be able to help us submit the app under our company name to Itunes.
