The Application should integrate with a SMS GW (not specific yet, would appreciate recommending one). the SMS will have a text populated in English or Arabic, two attributes will be populated from an excel sheet either from the internal Storage or SDCard. the excel sheet will have two columns that contains numbers and other data. Application icon is not needed, the android template icon can be left. No integration with Admob. Need the APK along with the correct Android Studio project file, to check the code and validate before paying the freelancer. the Application should support all APIs. A welcome Screen would be good, and a pop message to be shown when click on send message to confirm for sending the message, and also the ability to schedule a message to be sent to the numbers that are in the excel sheet every scheduled date.
