Android fixes for service and BLE needed now to start

Need to start now only... Budget :25$,minimum of 5 years expereince in services and bluetooth connections is needed. Please apply only if u have experience with background services and bluetooth connections,optimising code especially 1)Have to start service on receiving SMS which has keywords--already done 2)You have to connect to last connected bluetooth and start service when sms is received with keyword. Bluetooth connection code is also there ,you have to fix the flow by calling concerned methods in background so that connection will not be disrupted. 3)On connection with BLE and if you find speed is '0', and in unlocked state for 2 mins,you have to make it in lock mode ,locking function is already there,you can get all values by calling functions. Call webservice(REST) after locking it,webservice code(retrofit) is also there,you have to call function. 4)Need to have bitbucket account and know how to pull and push code using git. 5)Need to have solution once if service is stopped,need to restart or have standby service so that connection will not be interrupted. More tasks should be implemeneted,looking for long term and should be patient during work. 6)On start/stop service, call lock/unlock function initially,call confirmation webservice. 7)add logout button in all screens. 8)If at any case its crashed it should reconnect back to last connected BLE and start service. 9)Show stop handler if service is running or start handler if service is not running if app is reopened also. 10)Need to fix condition in end user app,ride_info condition.
