Mobile App in Android using low-code development platform, such as Outsystems This app is a marketplace for talents/workforce for a volunteering tasks Scenarios I: (Volunteer) Registration: (app will ask if he/she is a Volunteer or a Requester) 1. register using facebook or google or email or mobile number 2. describe his/her skill from a dropdown list, or other (with description if not listed) – can choose more than 1 option 3. his/her details, such as name, address, gender, birthday, phone number, whatsapp number 4. his/her geolocation pindrop (where he/she current home address) 5. the distance he/she are willing to travel in kilometers from his current address 6. compensation he/she requires such as transport money, lunch, accommodation etc 7. the dates of his/her availability, including the time slots 8. posting date (by system) 9. proof of ID (taken by phone camera only), with crop and skew capability (no OCR needed) 10. selfie of the volunteer while holding the ID to its chest level (guided by on screen markers) Scenarios I: (Requester) 1. register using facebook or google or email or mobile number 2. describe skill/position he/she needs from a dropdown list, or other (with description if not listed 3. his/her details, such as name, address, gender, dob, phone number, whatsapp number, name of institution 4. his/her geolocation pindrop 5. the distance of the volunteer from his current address in kilometers (this is to ensure that volunteer travel within a sensible distance) 6. Populate the list of volunteers available and within the designated area (ie. 5 km range) 6. compensation he/she gives to the volunteer such as stipend, transport money, lunch, accommodation etc 7. the dates of the volunteering jobs, including the time slots 8. posting date (by system) 9. requester has point system whereby he/she gets it by topping up. 10. the topup is thru payment using credit cards or bank transfer (non-directed transfer or directed transfer thru unique virtual account per requester) 11. the exchange rate of paid dollar value to the number of points, is determined by mobile app admin 12. the actual points credited will be automatic by the system, according to the exchange rate Matching: ~ 1. auto matching will be done by the system using the matched criteria in: skill, distance, dates of availability 2. upon matching, both volunteer and requester can see their details respectively, including their current ratings. 3. there will be a separate tab/section to list all the matches of volunteer and requester including the date of the match and the elapsed days since 4. both volunteer and request show interest by clicking a heart icon (matched and interested) Follow-ups: ~~~ 1. from the matched list, the requester pick a match and can do the followings: - proceed by clicking "We want you now" button, or - request for further info or - time for appointment 2. volunteer will be notified of the requester's request, upon which, the notification will bring the volunteer to the app page of details of the job with buttons of "accept" or "maybe next time" 3. upon acceptance, the requester's point will be deducted accordingly (the number of points deducted is settable by admin) Rating system: ~~ 1. rating system goes both way for volunteer rates the requester, and requester rates the volunteer 2. the rating system only consist of 3 values: Excellent (4) , Good (3) , Moderate (2), Needs Improvement (1). No free text comments. Search Capability: ~~ 1. both volunteer and requester can search based on skills, distance, compensation, dates and time, ratings 2. the search results can be sorted and filtered 3. the search result can be picked and if chosen, will carry to the detail page.
