H.P Clothing (India) - we are a uniforms manufacturer located in Bangalore & Delhi. The online database we build will essentially be a database of the items manufactured which would include fields - item name, client name, fabric used, embroidery image, image of the product etc. We would need the entries into these database to be done via a form with appropriate drop downs, check boxes, text fields and image file upload buttons. This form should be accessible via android/mac/windows devices.
