Coffee timer mobile app

I need a mobile app for timing coffee brewing, reading how-to instructions, and saving custom brewing processes written in Typescript to function across multiple platforms. I will provide the UI assets along with a UX storyboard and any guidance needed on UX behaviors not covered in the documentation. A rough outline of the app: a tabbed app with each tab containing a collection view; first view is for selecting a brewing guide that segues into a single view with directions and images; second view is for selecting a brewing method which launches into the timer view or an option to create a custom brewing process; timer screen showing the steps with a countdown for each step; a screen for creating a custom brewing process that is saved to the local memory - no user profiles, but maybe in the future;
