LAER Cover Me App
What the app needs to do: I own a real estate company with 550 agents and growing. I want to build an app where the agents can basically ask other agents within our company to help them with tasks (show a property, cover an open house, cover a home inspection, cover a fire inspection) etc. In essence, each agent would need to be able to set up their profile on the system where they select the territory they are willing to cover (for example, they pick a town and then pick 10, 20, 50, 100 mile radius - this is the radius of area they are willing to cover) - The agent also selects the types of jobs they want to cover. Then, when someone within the company needs assistance they hit a button that says “Cover Me” - that agent then selects the type of work they need to be covered for, where the job is located (or no location for admin work) and how much they are willing to pay that other agent for the job. The system will send out an alert to agents who have selected that type of work in their profile and those agents will receive a push notification that there’s a Cover Me Alert. The alert will tell them which agent needs to be covered and the nature of the job. The agents who are interested can either Ask Questions of the requesting agent OR they can Accept The Job or they can counter offer the price or terms.
Some Requirements of the App:
1. Needs to be iPhone and Android compatible
2. Needs to have an admin dashboard so that we can remove users who leave our company
3. Needs to let the agent set themselves up and select the type of jobs and the territory they are willing to cover
4. Needs to be able to exchange money - maybe Venmo? Where the agents can pay one another after the job is completed.
5. I would like it also to have a rating system… where the Covered Agent can rate the performance of the Covering Agent. Then the number of completed jobs would show up on the Covering Agents bio.
