I require a mobile website/cross platform mobile application that connects people with service providers in the United Kingdom. There are three users of the application: students, instructors/suppliers and administrators. Students will use the application to: • Search for service providers in their area • Read an service providers profile, reviews and feedback • Send messages to service providers requesting more information about their services Service providers will use the application to: • Create profiles and listings describing the services that they offer, qualifications and which areas they cover • Respond to questions received from potential students • Purchase featured listings or bump their advertisements up the classified directory order Administrators will use the application to: • Moderate listings, messages and users • View analytics about the app usage/engagement, users, listings, and payments etc. This is obviously not an exhaustive list of all the requirements and user interactions that will occur throughout the app. The app needs to be developed for both iPhone and Android devices using a cross platform mobile develeopment framework such as PhoneGap or Ionic, which facilitates this. This app needs a modern, sleek and fluid UI. There also needs to be a backend CMS for administrators to manage the app. The app should be a combination of a classified listing website like Gumtree and an uber style application for service providers. I am looking for experienced freelancers to complete this project. Please do not apply if you have not completed a similar project. One thing i must mention here how many users you are expecting ? if you are expecting for 10K plus users then i suggest you go for native IOS and Android apps.
