Design a Mobile App Walkthrough: Rotating Savings App

We want to bring a timeless savings tradition into the 21st Century and need your help! You will develop an app walkthrough to spell out the logic for a rotating savings scheme. Please do a web search for the Caribbean "partner" or "pardner" savings scheme to get a feel of the model that inspired our idea.
Intended users:
Savers, a saving club coordinator, and system administrator
Usage patterns:
Basically, its X people contributing $Y per period (month or week) for a duration of Z periods. The savers are ranked for payout and each period, the full payout of $Y * X is made to one person according to the ranking.
The business model is to make revenues from i. fees and ii. advertising. The fees are a) declining transaction fee from 5% for saver ranked first for payout, declining by 0.5% until the second to last saver to be paid out. For clarity, the first payout will be $Y*X*0.950 and the second one $Y*X*0.955 and downwards to $Y*X*1 for the last payout. Once the app scales to hundreds of thousands of users, revenues will come from b) advertisers that target the demographic represented by our users.
Traditionally, this rotating savings model brings closely related people together. This reduces the risk of savers in the earlier rankings for payout taking their money and bolting before the end of the savings round. Bringing the model online increases this risk. In order to mitigate it, we will have two payments by each saver as the first payment for a total of X + 1 payments. Each saver will receive their extra payment at the end of the saving round.
Savers can contribute via email transfer, PayPal or credit card but must each provide a credit card will be charged if they are late in their monthly payment.
