I am running an NGO and I want to collect data through the Android app. so I want a solution where I can generate the form in the background(dynamic) which will display in android app (to a selected employee with login and password) so they fill the form as per information provided by villagers (app should have the functionality of delay sync, so it will work offline). later that data is available to the organization to its admin panel where we can download excel file against form, generate a report in graphical format.
