Help compile ionic v1 app using Android API 26

Curently I have an hibryd App build in Cordova/Ionic v1 that compiles perfectly using Android API 25. Since the recent policy changes in Google Play platform, for new app it is required for them to be build using Android API 26. I have serious problems to build the App in my Windows 7 Pc, probably to some mistake in the libraries. Maybe Android API and Java dows not matches, I dont know. There shoudl not be fixes to be done to the source code, shoudl only be a problem of versions mismatch. I currently build it via console using "cordova build android" but it doesn't work using API 26. I need someone, skilled, to remote connect to my Pc and to fix these problems under my supervision. Thank you
