I am looking for someone to develop app which would work similar to Instagram with some changes and additional features. App must work on iOS and Android and there should also be a website where people can look at content but cannot add anything (again similar to Instagram).
This is start to end project which means you need to provide everything, including the design.
This is a very important project for me so I am only looking for someone who has some kick-ass past projects and knows everything there is to know about development of Apps.
